1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AmFed Vault (“the Service”), operated by AmFed Unlimited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AmFed Vault is a secure online portal that allows mortgage borrowers to view loan document requirements (conditions) and upload required documents to their loan officer and processor. The Service facilitates the mortgage document process. AmFed Unlimited is a document processor and is not a lender, broker, or loan originator.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; upload only documents relevant to your mortgage loan application; keep your login credentials confidential; notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access; and use the Service only for lawful purposes related to your mortgage loan.

4. Text Message Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from AmFed Unlimited regarding your loan document requirements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly. Your mobile information and SMS consent will never be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Document Upload

You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents you upload. You represent that all uploaded documents are genuine and that you have the right to submit them. Uploading fraudulent documents may constitute mortgage fraud, which is a federal crime.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AmFed Unlimited does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

AmFed Unlimited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
