AmFed Unlimited — mortgage document processing

Our business

AmFed Unlimited is a third-party mortgage loan document-processing company. When a borrower is getting a mortgage, the lender’s underwriting team requires a large set of supporting documents (bank statements, pay stubs, tax returns, insurance, and similar “conditions”). We manage that document workflow on the borrower’s behalf: we translate the lender’s conditions into a clear checklist, provide a secure portal for the borrower to upload each item, and track what is still outstanding until the file is complete.

What we are not

We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or loan originator. We do not offer, sell, advertise, solicit, or facilitate loans; we do not set rates or terms; and we do not generate or purchase leads. We work only after a borrower already has a loan in process with their lender.

Who we serve

Our clients are existing borrowers with an active loan file. We never contact members of the public or anyone who is not already a client. Every borrower has a pre-existing relationship with us before we send any communication.

How we communicate

We contact our clients about their own loan file only — for example, a secure link to their document portal, or a reminder that a specific document is still needed. These messages are sent by email, and by SMS only for borrowers who have explicitly opted in. All communications are transactional and account-related; we send no marketing or promotional messages.
